Half Chocolate is a LIVE band based out of Kolkata, West Bengal. They play alternative pop rock music. Formed in 2012, the band draws its major influences from artists such as Maroon 5, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, George Ezra and much more. Although they don't have any strong reason behind naming the band as Half Chocolate, they explain that everyone loves chocolate and, on the other hand, most of all like music. They just added both together. As a result, they found their band name. Now the question arises: Why ‘Half’? Their reply is that the group has taken half of the chocolate and the other half is for the people who have supported them all throughout its journey.
