Eshan is a professional singer based out of Pune, Maharashtra. He started singing at the age of 14 and reached the semi-finals of ‘Aawaz He Meri Pehchaan’ by Pooja Kala Sangam, Panjtirthi held at Abhinav Theatre, Jammu. He has won also the consolation prize in a competition organised by J&K Academy of Art and Culture at Abhinav Theatre. In 2007, he was the first runners-up of ‘Jammu Idol-2’. In the same year, Eshan got a chance to sing in a regional bhajan album called ‘Darbar Raja Mandlik Da’ under the music direction of Arvind Kumar. He is a Rafi follower and an admirer of Sonu Nigam and Arijit Singh. An engineer, Eshan has enthralled the audiences by his performances in during his college fresher parties. He was amongst the finalist of a show called ‘Kal Ke Sitare’ held in Patiala and organised by Mehek Cultural Forum. Recently, he won a competition and got a chance to meet Master Saleem and record a song under his guidance in a professional atmosphere. In 2009, Eshan, along with Manit Dani (guitarist), recorded a show for Thursday Talent on Chandigarh's My FM 94.3's favourite show, Dil Chahta Hai Jo, and received a great response from listeners all across the country. The same year, he had the opportunity to meet Kailash Kher after winning a competition.
