Manisha Shukla is an Indian poet and engineer.She was born in Hajipur, Bihar. She completed her basic education from Gorakhpur and Allahabad.After that she completed her Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi. She also holds a degree in Engineering from Associate Member of Institution of Engineers, India (AMIE).
