Blue Reverie is a LIVE band based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. Blue Reverie is a post-grunge, alternative, power groove rock band whose songs revolve around the concept of 'escapism'! Their incredibly diverse influences range from the likes of Pantera, Pearl Jam, Tesseract, and Porcupine Tree to Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Sting, Michael Jackson, and Enigma. The band comprises Pratyush Pillai on guitars and vocals, Mithun Mohan on percussion, Jackson John on keyboard, Stanley John on bass guitar, and Saahas Saritha Bala on sound. The colour blue in your dreams (reveries) reflects the desire to run away; to escape. The name reflects the core theme of the band and the songs they write. A unique mix of influences is what defines the sound of Blue Reverie. They have played at several shows all around India and are looking forward to more.
