Biography

  Some musicians play just because they have a passion for it, but some like the Zheel Band, play music because they want to live it! The band was conceptualised by Deep, its founder in the city of Udaipur, the city of lakes which is also known as the ‘Kashmir of Rajasthan’.   Zheel like to play original pieces and they add a creative twist to popular songs of Bollywood and other International genres. Their Bollywood Unplugged versions and Retro songs are a hit among their audiences. It’s hard to imagine for them not to play Folk music, considering the city they come from.   The band has 7 talented members with each one, excelling in their field of music. Deep Chhabria and Ashish Chhatwani are on the vocals, Sajid and Vanish play the keyboard and Shashwat Tak is on the drums. The guitar symphony is ushered by the electrifying duo Nirbhay and Aditya Raj. Sometimes other members also join them for stage performances.   They have performed across Udaipur and have travelled to some exquisite sites around India. Zheel Band has played at Ananta Resorts & Spa and the Ramada Resorts, leaving a high decibel impact. Setting an eccentric atmosphere one can’t help but get lost in the power packed performances.
