Biography

Zedde is a LIVE band based out of the capital city of Maharashtra, Mumbai. Incendiary riffs, searing vocals, electric drill machine guitar solos and hard rock grooves are what the band known for. The band has played at college festivals, night clubs, radio stations, TV studios, and award functions. Their first single’s music video – ‘Mumbai’ testified the band’s belief in miracles, love, superstition and kindness. The single won the ‘Anthem of the Year’ title at the AVIMA 2010. The music video of ‘Mumbai’ was a rage in popular music channels like VH1 and MTV India, and reached #1 position on YouTube India charts. Zedde won the title of ‘Best Band’ at the ArtistAloudAwards in 2010, and also the regional championship at Hard Rock Rising 2012 challenge, in which, it stood among the top 10 out of 12,000 bands worldwide.Zedde has got highest number of favorites on RadioFlote and the highest number of ‘caller tune activations’ from ArtistAloud for the ‘rock’ category.
