Yashi Vikram is a Delhi-based keyboardist, pianist, and guitarist. For him, it all started with his first performance at National School of Drama in 2013. Familiar with pop, rock and country music, blues is something that interests Yashi a lot. He has, in fact, done sessions as a blues harmonica player for quite a lot of experienced musicians. The 40s–50s era and styles like Boogie-Woogie, Ragtime, Chicago Blues, etc. are his favorite. His current playlist includes artists/groups like Ray Charles, Bill Withers, Tommy Emmanuel, Al Green, Little Walter, Jimmy Rogers, Jim Reeves, etc. Yashi has been playing as a freelancer with bands like Traffic Jam, Frisky Pints, The Second String Project, Revolve, and many more. In the last three years, Yashi has frequented venues like Hard Rock Cafe, Q'la, Soi7, Farzi Cafe, Nehru Stadium, etc. as a performer. He wishes to continue working as a freelancer for various groups while also focusing on developing as a solo artist to explore further styles like pop, jazz, RnB, and blues.
