Biography
Wumbaya Collective is a folk/indie/reggae LIVE band based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. It is a jam-based project started by singer and songwriter, Calvin Wumbaya, as an acoustic and organic band that blends the subtleties of classical instruments with contemporary folk, rhythm, rock, and lyrics. The band members have performed and collaborated with various musicians worldwide, gathering inputs and influences for the band. The Rastafarian vibrancy and the energetic folk propaganda in the music is a culmination of the musicians' experiences with art and music worldwide.
