Wrong Pencil is a superb Pop-rock band based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. With all the members having decent individual experiences in music, the band at present, is a modest attempt to perform a selection of Bengali music that include folk songs, movie songs, songs by other artists/composers and even their original compositions. The band has a cross-section of influences like classic rock, jazz blues, metal, pop, electronic dance music, Bengali folk, baul, Tagore songs, etc. just to name some. With inspirations like that and a name like Wrong Pencil, they have planned to do the mistake of experimenting with the selection and rendition of the songs.
