Biography

Vikash Paul, a Chartered Accountant by profession and a stand-up comedian by passion, is one of the most seasoned and experienced comic from the Chennai/ Bangalore Stand-up Comedy circuit. In last 5 years of doing professional stand-up comedy and more than 350 shows, he has performed for major corporate houses in India. He has over a million views on his YouTube videos now and has also been on 'Best In Stand Up' lineup at Canvas Laugh Club, Mumbai. Popularly known as 'joke writing wizard', a commerce graduate from SRCC (Delhi), he brings to the table a very funny take on everyday events from corporate life to personal life and life in general. Although originally from Kolkata, he has been in South for more than eight years and loves to share his unique experiences. His jokes cuts across geography, language and culture. Apart from public shows, Vikash Paul has performed for various corporates namely Amazon, Flipkart, Cognizant, Barclays, Ericsson, Kohler, Maruti Suzuki, Infosys, DHFL, SBI, etc and also for Rotary Club, IIT and IIM alumni meets. And, has also been invited as TEDx speaker two times.
