Vandana Vadehra is not only an anchor but also a multi-talented performer. She is a stage singer, a voiceover artist, a lyricist and a composer for Bollywood songs. She also writes jingles, and has also worked has a radio jockey with AIR FM Rainbow. Vandana has also taught voice modulation. She is a motivational speaker and a grooming expert for beauty pageants. She is also into team building tasks where she presents modules of music, writing and performances for corporates. She is also a professional script writer who has worked for some prestigious award nights and corporate shows. The European looks, hazel green eyes, sun-kissed bronzed complexion, blessed by an Italian gene in her lineage, shaken and stirred with svelte figure, complimented with a dash of bountiful intellect, smoothed out with a sensuous and delicious crunchy voice, and crooning out verses, is all you need to make a perfect on-stage recipe! She is a proud recipient of the prestigious President's National Award from the 1st Lady herself, Mrs Mukherjee, in the category of the Best Emcee, at the 21st Journalist's Association of India Awards 2014, under the aegis of Journalist's Federation of India, along with names like Daler Mehandi, Hans Raj Hans, Late Labh Janjua, and Amitabh Bachchan, at Ashoka Convention Hall, held on March 20, 2014. Vandana has also managed the stage for international stalwarts like Jennifer Lopez and Foo Fighters. She also anchored the entire show and sung with John Travolta at the launch of Breitling Navitimer in Trident Hotel Mumbai, India (2011). She anchored the Indian tour of the renowned yesteryear's band Smokie, in Shillong Meghalaya, in Dec 2014 for POWAC police wives welfare association. On August 9, 2014, she hosted the 17th Incheon, South Korea Asian Games Torch Relay Ceremony conducted with all-star sportsmen in the Dhyan Chand Auditorium, Delhi. Vandana currently hosted and anchored the entire film festival of India, held in Goa, from 21–30 Dec, with stars like Susan Sarandon, Michelle Yeoh (the James Bond heroine), and many Indian Bollywood stars.
