Turtles is a LIVE DJ duo based out of the IT capital of India, Bangalore. The duo consists of Akil and Akash. The duo morphed from being hosts to DJs to producers. Their talents have emerged from the electronic dance music scene of India. Driven by ambition, enthusiasm and pure passion for music, the duo is completely devoted to music. Turtles has shared the console with some of the best house DJs in Bangalore. Their sets are moody, varied, often electronic but usually funky. Some of their influences are Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk Orjan, ATB, Rohit Barker, etc.
