Thomas Albert is a professional singer based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. He was declared as a flat singer when he was a part of a church choir in the year 2004. On someone's advice, he decided to learn to play guitar. With active participation in the choir, his singing and guitar-playing gradually improved and people began to hear him. The first blues and classic rock band of Thomas was Club 27, which was a one-gig stint. Later, he jammed with several Vadodara-based artists like Rohit Vasudevan, Tom Antony, Varun Haran, and Ketan Kanjariya. Thomas also freelanced as a rhythm guitarist and a backing vocalist. Further, he became the lead vocalist for an Ahmedabad-based metal and classic rock band – Immortal Knights. In the year 2011, Thomas formed an acoustic blues and pop trio – Cakerette – with Gagan Malhotra and Skand Bhupendra. One of Albert's first songs – Arzoo – was re-written by Dushyanth Goswamy, and turned out to a masterpiece. Thomas is widely famous for his gigs at Vadodara Bandstand on regular basis.
