Susmit Sen is the former guitarist of one of the renowned bands of India, Indian Ocean. He completed his education from the capital city of India, New Delhi. His elder brother was his inspiration to bring the instinct of playing guitar. Susmit is a self-taught musician. He loves using Indian rhythms, melodies and folk music to create something unique with his guitar. His first solo album, Depths of the Ocean, was released in 2010. He left Indian Ocean in 2013 to pursue a solo career and formed his own band named, The Susmit Sen Chronicles, real soon. He has performed at numerous gigs and events and concerts across the globe, both with Indian Ocean and The Susmit Sen Chronicles.
