The Purpose is a LIVE band based out of Dimapur, Nagaland. The alternative Christian rock band is originally from the city of Mokokchung. They started back in 2012 and released a single called 'Be Still'. This track has been very much appreciated by the entire independent music circuit in high numbers. The band has performed at various events and gigs, and they were very much consistent and fruitful in delivering such incredible LIVE performances to the entire music circuit. Their aim is to spread the love of God through music by reaching out the lost souls, by helping out the ministry, and by helping out the orphans. According to the band, ‘they are not role models. They are just broken people who need Jesus.
