The Missing Link is a five-piece LIVE band based out of Kolkata, West Bengal. The band is a concept of evolution and consequently adaptation between what they have left behind and what they are going to face. Their songs are a reflection of that perception lyrically, aesthetically and musically. The essence of love and hate, unsatisfaction, revolution, melancholy desires, and lost dreams are the viaticum of their compositions. They have been playing for the last six years and have recorded their first studio album entitled 'Missing Link' by T-Series. The band has bagged the title of the best upcoming band in a reality show named ‘Band-e-Mataram’ organized by Sambad Pratidin and Sangeet Bangla. They have played at a number of shows exponentially all over West Bengal and other places like Siliguri, Baharampur, Kandi, Jiyaganj, Krishnanagar, Asansol, Burdwan, etc. Their second studio album 'Kaktarua' came out to be a big success and the song 'Brishti' hit the top ten chart of Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM.
