The Divine Strings is an Indian rock band based in Gurgaon which indulges in the power of classic rock, classic metal, hard rock, blues rock, rock n roll, alternative aock and other genres. They find the works of Jimmy Hendrix, Deep Purple, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Stevie Ray Vaughan, BB King, Iron Maiden, Carlos Santana, AC/DC, The Doors and others captivating and inspiring. They have created covers and original songs as well. They perform for the people in India. They understand the love and needs of common people. Their music intends on helping these genres of music survive and be celebrated for decades. Their style is very unique. Their chorus sounds like an anthem. They seem to scream out their passion and feelings while they perform solo. Some of the songs that have rocked the house are Coffee Shop Blues, Overdrive, which is the band’s first song about cars and motor bikes, Love Bug, Why My Home Burns and other songs. The band has been awarded the Best Popular Choice Band Award in 2015 by HT TOG which was held in Gurgaon. The Divine Strings has performed at some of the well know festivals across the country, some of the notable events they have performed at are IIT Kharagpur fest, Torque festival, Delhi Food Festival and many more Band Members: Aman (Ricky) – Lead Guitarist Arindam – Electric Guitarist Harpreet (Harry) – Lead Vocalist and Lyricist Rahul – Bass Guitarist Mandar – Drummer   The Divine Strings have performed in over 100 shows and have played at many private, corporate and public venues.
