Ramchandra Pokale is a professional painter based out of Pune, Maharashtra. He is an artist who paints long lasting impressions of his mind realistically through figurative patterns, suitable objects and convincing colour schemes pertaining to the subject matter. A Masters in drawing and painting, he stood first class from Nagpur University and received a national level Young Artist’s Scholarship in painting in 1999. During his career, he organised many painting workshops and won several esteemed awards. Some of his solo shows were AIFACS (New Delhi), ICCR (New Delhi), Alankrita Gallery (Hyderabad) Triveni Art Gallery (New Delhi), Srishti Art Gallery, and Hotel Rama International (Aurangabad). Some of his group shows were Rejoicing in Artistic Extensions (New Delhi), An Exhibition of Nagpur Contemporary Artists (Nagpur), Rejoicing in Artistic Extensions-II (Lucknow), Rejoicing in Artistic Extensions (Varanasi), 51 Contemporary Artist of India (New Delhi), CHAOS (New Delhi), etc. Awards: Bombay Art Society Award Hyderabad Art Society Award, Hyderabad, Dr Bhausaheb Deshmukh Kala Academy Award, Amravati, Indian Academy of Fine Arts Award, Amritsar Vidarbha Art Society Award, Nagpur Dr Bhausaheb Deshmukh Kala Academy Award, Amravati Maharashtra State Award, Nasik Annual Award, Govt Chitrakala Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur Annual Educational Tour Exhibition Award, Nagpur
