Talaank Dance Company is a professional choreography service/dance troupe based out of Pune, Maharashtra. It was started by Bhakti Naik who has been in this field for the last 28 years. She has done masters in dance from the University of Pune and so have all the core team members of the dance troupe. The core team of Talaank includes 15 professionals working together to create something magical. They have more than 200 students learning under them and they always make sure to do their own productions. Bhakti is the director of this academy and she runs three branches of Talaank in Pune itself. The troupe does all kinds of projects, including Hindi, theme-based performances. They also do events for charity purposes. Talaank co-ordinates and choreographs dances and performances for film songs for various events. This includes choreography in vivid dance forms like classical, contemporary, Ballroom, Folk, and Bollywood. Talaank organizes performances for various corporate, social and promotional events for various organizations and in-house dance productions. At Talaank, they exhibit the finest of performances in a variety of dance forms. They also take into account, the uniqueness of the products and services of the organization they perform for and make an expression about the same through their performances. Talaank provides trainings on various dance forms to individuals, dancers and enthusiasts of all age groups because they believe it is never too late to learn! The training is conducted at the following branches of Talaank: Pune and Mumbai.
