Sushmita Dev is an Indian lawyer and politician who was appointed as a member of the Rajya Sabha from West Bengal on 4 October 2021. In 2014, she was elected to the Lok Sabha from Silchar in Assam in the general elections on a ticket of the Indian National Congress.Sushmita Dev belongs to the Sylhet district of Bangladesh.
