Biography

Sur Madhuram is a LIVE band based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. This group offers the largest selection of Indian classical music from all over India. The band has been performing for a year now. The group consists of qualified singers who have been trained professionally in Indian classical music. They perform LIVE concerts of ghazals, bhajans, and filmy songs at various venues in Delhi. It is led by KL Rahi, a business person by the day and a singer by the night. The group has organised two successful annual programs on various themes till date. Venues Performed at: Shining Decades – Here, film songs of 50s and 60s were presented at the Tecnia Auditorium, Rohini. This program was widely appreciated by the audience and also telecast on DD Bharti channel. Bhajan Aradhana – Here, rare classical compositions were sung and the concert was held at Delhi's Ashok Vihar Phase-2. This program was also a great success and the audience enjoyed their performance. The group's efforts have been applauded and appreciated widely. They acknowledge that most of their audiences have rated their performance as excellent.
