Stings The Band is a LIVE band that is based out of Kanpur . They blend classical music with metal music. Genres such as heavy metal, metal core, soft rock and thrash metal are favored by them. They are influenced by the music made by bands such as Children of Bodom, Dream Theatre, Bullet for My Valentine, Linkin Park, Avenged Sevenfold, and Black Veil Brides. They also refer to MTV’s unplugged music in soft genre for inspiration. They composed a song on Lord Shiva which was a fusion of both. Stings have been performing in various shows all over North India and also participated in several band war competitions. Aaigiri Nandani is one of the most praised performances.
