Biography
Srishti the Band is a LIVE act based out of the IT capital of India, Bangalore. In the monsoon of 2008, a group of four talented people came together and jammed. One veena, one tabla, one guitar, one flute, and one bongo drum (a Cuban percussion instrument) – that’s what the band started out. Each member has their own influences and tastes in music; they got together, played (or jammed) and played again and again and so on. What the band plays is pretty much what the members are; music brings them satisfaction and excitement.
