My Compelling Story
Spear of Destiny is a LIVE band based out of the capital of India, New Delhi. The band is a mix of death and heavy metal. They take their lyrical inspiration from prophetic/mystical subjects from the Holy Bible, bringing messages that, though written thousands of years ago, still hold relevance in the present times of ‘liberal’ decadence. Spear of Destiny takes their inspiration from bands like Despised Icon, Decapitated, Cannibal Corpse, Mortification, and Meshuggah. The band did not form to define metal, but to deconstruct it – to imply that even just the sound of clicking of the keys while typing on a keyboard can be music.
