Sonakshi Sinha was born on 2nd June 1987 and is an Indian Bollywood actress. Sonakshi is born to actors Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha. She is a professional Indian Cinema actress and singer. Sonakshi also worked as a costume designer in the early days of her career. Sonakshi debuted in Bollywood with the film Dabangg in 2010 starring opposite of Salman Khan. She was praised by all top actors of Bollywood, and she also won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. Sonakshi went on to play different roles in many movies such as Rowdy Rathore, Son of Sardaar, Dabangg 2 and Holiday: Soldier is Never Off Duty. Sonakshi gathered a lot of attention and praise once again for her role in Lootera. She played the role of a woman suffering from Tuberculosis, and she was nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Actress. Sonakshi started professional singing after she sang a small part in the song , "˜Let's Celebrate' from the film Tevar. She then made her debut with the song , "˜Aaj Mood Ishqholic Hai' in 2015. She went on to sing for four of her films after that.
