My Compelling Story

The band is all about guitars, keyboards, drums, bass, and action! They met quite some time ago, and as fate would have it, all of their names start with an 'A'! (Of course, Somlata is the exception here). Once they started to jam, they realised that they are the cards of the same deck! In no time, they found themselves shuffling through their musical tastes and today, have come together as 'Somlata and The Aces' – the best cards drawn from the pack! The band covers a few semi-classical, folk, western and Rabindra sangeet songs, apart from Somlata's first solo album and the upcoming one.
