Jehu Mulobo Mandjoko A.k.a Solo Indien an Congolese musician born in the center of Africa in The Democratic Republic of Congo in certain 30 April. Music has been the ambition and passion for Jehu Mulobo Mandjoko aka Solo Indien who uses it to express his feelings. Since his childhood, he has been sharing his feelings with his voice and melodies. Now as Solo Indien, Jehu has been regularly captivating audiences as a guitarist and vocalist all over the world. The sound builds down to acoustic simplicity, which draws influences from an eclectic range of genres from Soukousse, blues, Afrosia, rumba, reggae, indie and folk. He is one artist who takes full liberty of having music to freely alter the tempo and temperament of his live performances. Jehu Mulobo aka Solo Indien has played with a various musicians from different genres and languages all across the world including Tritha Sinha (India/Kolkata), Reggae Rajahs (India/New Delhi), Stefan Kaye (UK), Nikhil Vasudevan (India), Space (India/Paris), Chalo Africa (Congo), Neurone Musik (Congo/kinshasa), N.Dom.Bolo (India/Delhi), Scoot Moses (USA/California).  Solo Indien played as a resident band at the Rose Hotel in Haus Khaz Village(Delhi) and in other venues as well as Humming Tree (Bangalore), The Living Room, Verve, Raasta, Rumbar, Imperfecto, Roost Bistro & Downstairs at Zo in Delhi. Regularly captivating audiences as a lead guitarist and vocalist all over the world, his music demonstrates a range of shades and temperaments. The sound build down to acoustic simplicity, which draws influences from an electric range of genres from Soukousse, blues, afrobeat, rumba, reggae. He takes liberty of letting the music freely alter the tempo and temperament of his music during live performances. Participated in some of festivals in India, like: The Jaipur Literature Festival 2015 Holiguns 2014 Ragasthan Festival 2012 Pencil Fest 2013 in Arena Animation Academic, South Extension And latest featured with Dinero Ash, Apeta, G Bass and Ryan Byefus on “Delhi Hai” Also featured on CCI daily on youtube channel, while singing and playing for peace in east of Democratic republic of the Congo, his home town.
