Sneha Shah is a professional actress based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. The Indian television and film actor is also a voice-over artist and ventriloquist. Sneha has worked with several Indian TV serials and was also a part of Tamil and Indian film industry. Fazil Nazeem recommended Sneha to Anil-Babu who was searching for a heroine for his romantic movie, Ingane Oru Nilapakshi (2000). The film featured Sneha as an aspiring dancer, with the actress performing for seven traditional songs. She was signed by Susi Ganeshan for his directorial debut, Virumbugiren (2000), which however became long delayed and Ennavale, opposite to Madhavan, became her first Tamil release. She debuted in Telugu with the film, Priyamaina Neeku (2001), which was a commercial success. Following this, she appeared in many Tollywood films with leading stars like Ravi Teja, Venkatesh, Nandamuri Balakrishna and Nagarjuna, and established herself as one of the leading heroines in the Telugu industry. She continued in Malayalam films and starred opposite to many Malayalam superstars like Mohanlal and Mammootty. She has also appeared in a few Kannada films as well.
