Sharma and The Besharams is a six-piece LIVE band based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. Consisting of some most talented pop rock artists from Mumbai, the band plays Bollywood styled pop rock songs. The band released its first single, 'Hangout Hangover', recently. Band Members: Vasuda Sharma – Vocals and Ukulele Sharma is a singer/songwriter who started her music journey with the pop band 'Aasma' and later ventured into the Indie scene by releasing her solo debut folk-fusion album - 'Attuned Spirits', featuring over 30 musicians from all across the globe. She is also one of India’s few one-woman electro-acoustic LIVE looping artist and loves to experiment with different genres of music. Rahul Hariharan – Drums Hariharan is the drummer and co-founder of ‘That Studio’ in Mumbai. He has played over 250 shows, with acts like The Raghu Dixit Project, The Rubber Band (for TV show ‘Movers and Shakers’) and The Bombay Metal Project, among many others. Chirayu Vedekar – Bass Bombay boy handling all the low-end frequency business of the Vasuda’s Band since 2012, touring with them all over India. Chirayu is also a part of hard rock band, Zedde, and the Luke Kenny Mojo Jukebox. Chaitanya Bhaidkar – Banjo Chaitanya is a guitarist/music producer/multi-string instrumentalist. He plays instruments like banjo, mandolin, and ukulele. He used to play guitar for a band named 'Daira'. He likes being able to mold his playing style according to the genre of music and giving it his natural touch. JK – Keyboard JK is a keyboardist, music composer, and educator, he hails from Kerala where he picked up Carnatic violin and Western classical piano at a young age. He has performed notably with Daksha Seth Dance Cooperation, Ranjit Barot, Gino Banks, Baiju Dharmajan, Sanjeev Thomas to name a few. He is also a pro school faculty at the True school of Music, Bombay. Kush Upadhayay – Guitars Kush is an 18-year old blues/rock session guitarist who started playing at the age of 11. He has performed and toured with bands like Kanchan Daniel and the Beards, Overdrive Collective and his own blues/rock oriented instrumental project called 'The Kush Upadhya Group'.
