Shannon and the Silent Riot is a LIVE band based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. Shannon Pereira returns in a brand new avatar as – Shannon and the Silent Riot. Here, he teams up with four of the city’s most talented musicians, to bring you a powerhouse of a show. Shannon officially became the Youngest Exclusive Artist to be signed by Gibson USA in India, at the age 18! He kick-started this new band with himself on the lead guitar, Michael Fernandes on bass, Partho Dasgupta on rhythm guitar (both members of his earlier band ‘The Works’), Joshua Vaz on drums, and ignited by the soulful voice of Prasad Salian. They share a common passion for music which is inspired by Steve Vai, Michael Jackson, White Snakes, Deep Purple, Dream Theater, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Jimi Hendrix, Queen, Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Ozzy Osbourne, Iron Maiden, and Guns n Roses, thus ensuring that rock n roll is still alive and kicking!
