Biography

Radhika Pandit is a dreamer, goal-setter and a cheesoholic. For Radhika, life is about living passionately and daring to dream. Based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, she also travels internationally. Photographing real life from everywhere, she finds her inspiration through learning new cultures and ideas. She is addicted to the adrenaline rush of photography. She specialises in architectural, wedding, travel, documentary and childbirth photography. Her wedding photography has always been based on great communication with the bride and groom. She is dedicated to and rely on the relationship formed with her clients. She believes that photography should be fun. She is not a fan of posing or faking moments. Radhika believes if you’re into real, raw, crazy once-in-a-lifetime moments, she hopes you’ll choose her to tell your story through her lens. She heads a team of female childbirth photographers, which is a fresh endeavour. Whilst they frequently photograph the cherished memories of their marriage, they miss out on recording the intimacy of the birth of their children. They spend their lives photographing their children but ignore the first yawns, cries and squeals they make upon entering the world. Their work is entirely confidential, and she us very careful to create trust with the parents and the gynaecologists alike. She works closely in building a relationship with the gynaecologists so that they help her find unintrusive spaces and capture memorable moments. Her architectural photography is born out of her own architectural training and her close relationship with CEPT as an alumnus. She bonds closely with architects, and ensures she photograph their work with the best kit possible to build a platform for the world to view their creations. Radhika and her team, at Serendipitous Smile, use many different photographic techniques to ensure people appreciate the build from every angle and light.
