Besides, there are a dozen percussionists in her&nbsp;family. She started her vocal training in music at the&nbsp;age of six. When she turned&nbsp;15, she started learning&nbsp;saxophone from padmashree Dr&nbsp;Kadri Gopalnath. Her&nbsp;repertoire in music ranges from Carnatic, fusion, and Bollywood to Western pop music.
