Samved is a five-piece LIVE band based in Mumbai, which explores new possibilities in classical music by fusing it with electronic dance music. The band has been signed by the music giant – Universal Music India and has released an album under the label, which created quite a stir in the fusion circuit. Their sound is an electic blend of classical moods fused with dancey electronic grooves. Samved was also awarded as best folk fusion artist for 2014 at Radio City Freedom Award.
