Biography

Born on 12th January 1973, Sakshi has known for her work in television daily soaps like Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki and Bade Acche Lagte Hai. Sakshi was prepping for administrative services entrance tests when she was selected for Doordarshan's "˜Albela Sur Mela' as a presenter. She went on to clinch a role in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki as a lead role of Parvati Agarwal. Afterward, she played Priya Kapoor in Bade Acche Lagte Hai. Sakshi gained a name for her in the television industry and thus was offered a role in Dangal film opposite Aamir Khan. Sakshi is one of the most celebrated actresses of all times in Indian Television Industry.
