Biography

Sadho is a folk-pop band based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. They compose original tunes influenced by various folk forms of India. Sadho is a collaborative platform with two core members. They have been avid listeners of all forms of music and their music is more thematic than generic. The band composes original tunes influenced by various folk forms of India, right from Assam, UP, Rajasthan, and Kerala to Kashmir and Orissa. They have tried our best to derive inspiration from every state. Sadho is a result of the member’s collective years of experience in exploring the rich cultural diversity of India. The band comprises of two core members: Rohit and Nikhil. However, they collaborate with guest musicians from various styles of music whenever possible.
