Biography

Ronii is a professional DJ based out of Kolkata, West Bengal. This ex-blackberry boy had a very humble beginning and started his career as a DJ at a local Durga Puja function. After this, he has risen monotonously and became one of the most respected DJs in the country. In this profession, he found his happiness and sanity rather than in the monotony of a desk job. His first club event was at XoXo, followed by The Big Ben. Currently, he is the Resident DJ at Afraa. He considers Bob Sinclair as his guru and plays almost every genre of electronic music like hip hop, EDM, trap, English retro, and Bollywood. But, he specialises in house music. While not playing at a gig, one can find him playing on his PS3 and laptop. He has performed at Skyfest (a music festival held in Afraa) and various college shows and has managed to become a star among the youth with his wittiness and humour. He is one of the most promising and hard working artists in this industry who has demonstrated that there is no age to follow one's dreams.
