Rohan Gavaskar is a former Indian cricketer who played for India in 11 ODI matches. He was a middle-order left-handed batter and the son of the legendary Sunil Gavaskar.Sunil Gavaskar named his son as a tribute to West Indian great Rohan Kanhai, Indias M. L. Jaisimha, and Gundappa Viswanath. His initial name was Rohan Jaivishwa but due to his surname, his name changed to Rohan Gavaskar.
