Riyasdeen Shaik Mohamed is an Indian entrepreneur and audio engineer skilled in pro tools, logic pro, reaper, track live, music management, sound, digital recording, music education, and music technology. He is known for being the fiance of Khatija Rahman, the elder daughter of the Indian music sensation A. R. Rahman.Riyasdeen was inclined towards music since school days, therefore in order to make a career in music he opted to earn a diploma in audio engineering. While pursuing diploma, he started working part-time as a recording engineer for Shimmr Studios.Shaik, after completing his music diploma and gaining a good knowledge of sound recording, did a full-time internship as an assistant audio engineer at Sri Mutha Venkata Subba Rao Concert Hall situated in Chennai.In 2017, Riyasdeen joined KM Music Conservatory, Chennai, as a full-time assistant audio engineer. Later, in 2017, he also started working as a freelance sound engineer for AM studio, Chennai.Riyasdeen, in 2018, earned the opportunity to work as a freelancer for Apple for iTunes program. He is officially certified by Apple and meet its standards and criteria to correctly master music for iTunes. In the same year, he also started working as a Re-recording mixer (freelance) for YM Studio, an architectural design firm specializing in modern conceptual design and design processes.He has earned a number of licenses and certifications in audio engineering from various renowned music institutions like Shure Incorporated, Studer, Apple, Waves Audio, Audinate, Adamson Systems Engineering, Solid State Logic, and many more.Riyasdeen Shaik has worked as a live sound engineer for music composers like A. R. Rahman and Amit Trivedi. He has been working as a live sound engineer (freelance) for A. R. Rahmans live concerts since 2016. He usually accompanies A. R. Rahman for various national and international music tours.
