My Compelling Story

  Ritwija and her band chart out a mix breed of popular songs that range from all the different genres - Bollywood, Sufi, commercial and Punjabi. They set the stage on fire and capture the ambience by storm. A favourite singer in New Delhi, she never misses an opportunity to delight you with her voice.   Ritwija came to New Delhi, as a student to pursue her honors. She always had a knack for music. Thorough practices, auditions and singing at shows, little did she herself knew that soon a star would evolve. She was placed in the top 40 finalists of Indian Idol 2016 but due to health issues, she backed out. If you ask if she has any regrets, Ritwija would smile and say - ”Destiny had better plans for me!”   Ritwija has been singing at most of the popular clubs and pubs in New Delhi, including Lanterns, Ministry of Beer and House of People. You can also call her for private functions for she will make the audience keep on crying for more.   The best thing about her voice is that it has that raw tone which imparts an original feel. Paired up with the cute smile on her face, she easily connects with the hearts of the audience and provides them with a much needed musical retreat.
