Biography

Ricky Singh is a professional singer based out of the capital city of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. While being a part of school orchestra at the age of 15, Ricky went deep down to the roots in search of understanding music and observed various events. Each day, he used to pull off time out of his hectic schedule for practicing back at home on his vocals, and slowly, he figured out that there is only one job for him, that is, 'becoming a musician'. He started his career outside Lucknow from Kanpur,  Pune, Bangalore, Bareilly, etc., and after winning various competitions, finally joined 'High Hopes', a newly formed band in Lucknow, and participated in a competition in the town, and stood second. After some time, he won the title of the 'best vocalist' and realized that time has come to show up in Lucknow itself, since then, he never stopped and still finding out his way to becoming the personality which he aimed since when he started his career a 'Rockstar'!  He has been the lead vocalist for some famous bands and is known for his powerful crunchy voice. He is a big fan of Kurt Cobain. Artists who have influenced him are John Mayer, Adam Levine, Bill Withers. Alternative, rock and blues are the genres he usually plays.
