Rhythmic School of Dance is a professional dance troupe based out of the capital city of West Bengal, Kolkata. It was founded by Munmun in 2011. Munmun opened her dance school with an aim to provide quality dance training and to provide scope to her students to showcase their talents in a LIVE performance on stage. She is a student of Guru Smt Paramita Maitra, a renowned student of the legendary Pandit Birju Maharaj. Munmun attended dance workshops by Pt Birju Maharaj and Smt Shaswati Sen; she is in a continuous touch with Smt Paramita Maitra as well. Her dream was to distribute the knowledge in a proper way that was gifted to her by her gurus. Along with quality dance training, she also supports and helps her students to showcase their talents on stage by organising programs in renowned cultural centres like Nazrul Tirtha and Gyan Mancha.
