Karan Singh Dhillon, known by the stage name as Rapper KSD, is a professional rapper-singer based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. Born in 1992, he is a BCom graduate from the University of Delhi. Karan sings gangster rap music. He started rapping officially on November 6, 2009. His first LIVE performance tok place in Club Reverb, a reputed night club in Delhi, on 27 August 2011. With event management companies like Noida Party Fever and Delhi Night Life, KSD did shows in over 25 clubs in Delhi (2009–2011). He has performed at over 95 LIVE shows in Delhi, Noida, Goa, and Dubai, in more than 50 nightclubs all across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. The basic idea about rapping was suggested to Karan by his fellow schoolmates when he was only 13. He thought of converting the Indian rap scenario and hence became the first ‘gangster rapper’ in India, as this genre, back then, had never been taken into consideration in the rap scene in India.
