Rajan Srivastav is a professional comedian based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. From day one, Rajan's target has been to just make people laugh. When he was in Kanpur, he was a struggler and no one knew him. But he wanted to be a mimicry artist and comedian. In 2005, he started anchoring in ETV channel Uttar Pradesh, in Lucknow, on the show, 'Lage Rahiye'. When he left 'Lage Rahiye', he participated in the comedy show for Zee Smile channel, 'Kyunki Yeh Hai Hasya Mukabla’. He reached the semi-finals in the show. One day, Rajan got a call from Laughter Challenge 2 to take his audition from video calling. He was the first contestant who was selected directly. This was a very big achievement of his life. Laughter Challenge show's judges made him the 'Laughter Champion', and the Bollywood guest judges (Mahima Chaudhry, Chanky Pandey, Aftab Sivdasani, Javed Jaffrey, Tushar Kapoor) who came in the show appreciated him. He was also invited by the news channel, India TV, for a one-hour comedy show – Just Laugh Baaki Maaf. News 24 channel called him for their show, Kasam Kursi Ki, which was a hit. Rajan has also been a judge in the show, 'Hasi Ka Akhada' aired on Mahua channel. Till date, he has done more than 2000 shows nationwide and worldwide, from the last 10 years. He has done corporate shows for Asian Paints, Ultra Tech Cement, Pidilight, Mahindra & Mahindra, Hero.
