Biography

  Raj Barman is a professional singer based out of the capital city of West Bengal, Kolkata. The aspiring singer an infamous YouTube artist, he grew up in Kolkata and his interest in singing aroused when he was 15. Himesh Reshammiya's voice and Michael Jackson's style of performing are two things that inspire him the most.   Raj has a voice that succeeds in giving  a crystal clear feel of the notes and pitches to the listeners. He has an essence that is purely enjoyable and lovable. Unlike most of the new singers who are just wanting to make a name of themselves, Raj wants to dedicate his time in making people enliven the experience of feeling the music in its truest sense. At a very young age, Raj has become a Youtube sensation. The unplugged covers and mashups that he uploads on his channel has made his subscriber base increase to around 280,00 on Youtube alone. He has given a new feel to many popular songs like Chana Mereya, Abhi Mujh Mein Kahin and Baarish. He sings and performs on all the genres of Hindi music - pop, soft and R&B. Raj has been performing all across his home city, at annual fests of colleges and musical concerts. Hearing him sing live is another experience all together.
