Biography

Rahul Kapoor is a professional speaker who is dedicated to helping people change their lives and achieve great outcomes, both on professional and personal level. Over the last decade, he has impacted over 60,000 people across 100 organisations with his work in goal setting, peak performance, and team effectiveness. Rahul is a guest faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He conducts sessions for Executive General Management Programs. Based out of Bangalore, he has authored over 150 articles for his column, WorkWise, which appears in Education Times, a supplement of The Times of India. The collection of his best articles has been compiled in a form of a book titled WorkWise – Lessons in Excellence for Young Professionals and published by Times Group Books. He is also associated with cricket; Rahul was the official host for Royal Challengers Bangalore during IPL Season 3 and 4. He has contributed to the team in many ways like moderating press conferences, being the in-stadium presenter and designing fans engagement activities.
