Biography

Rahul Bose, born on 27th July 1967 to Rupen and Kumud Bose. Rahul got into acting in his early days of school. After his mother introduced him to the boxing and rugby union, he took a liking to the sport and also played cricket and was coached by none other than renowned cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. Bose debuted with Rahul D'Cunha's "˜Topsy Turvey' and "˜Are There Tigers in The Congo?' He got into Dev Bengal's English, August which earned him International recognition when 20th Century Fox bought the film making it the first film to be bought by Fox. The film went on to win several awards at International Film Festivals. Bose went on to work in different TV shows and also made his debut as a director in 2001 with the film "˜Everybody says I'm fine!' After 2003, Bose entered mainstream Bollywood and went on to become a bollywood sensation.
