Raghavendra Hegde&nbsp;is a professional&nbsp;sand&nbsp;artist&nbsp;based out of Bangalore, Karnataka. Raghavendra was inspired by the&nbsp;video of a&nbsp;Ukranian girl creating a masterpiece from sand, which was a&nbsp;flagship&nbsp;of his&nbsp;journey with sand. He did face a few challenges while starting off. The equipment he uses&nbsp;to showcase his art was made by himself, after having repeatedly tested it. Raghavendra Hegde claims that he is the only solo sand artist in India. There are groups who perform, but according to him, he&#39;s the only solo artist. He has performed over 50 shows in India, ranging from corporate events to cultural events.
