Radhika Nair was raised in Jharkhand. She is someone who pursued modelling but does not have much attachment to it. In an interview, she said, Im not so emotional about it. Its something that I hoped would naturally happen in my career and I am glad I did. I am enjoying the moment and I do feel good. Of course, I know it is a big deal..Since starting, she did not have much interest in modelling but was drawn towards modelling by her friends. She moved to Mumbai from Bangalore to pursue a career.In 2012, she contacted Anima Creative Management. She sent them the portfolio and they got her some shoots. She shot for editorials in magazines.She shot for Balenciaga Spring/Summer 2017 when her friend Stylist Nikhil D in 2016 introduced her to casting director Henry Mackintosh Thomas. During an interview, she shared her backstage experience at the show and said that the atmosphere was calm and warm. She said that people think that modelling is not a place where you can stay for a long time. There are no loan facilities available for people who do not have a salaried job.
