In 1996, her elder brother, Sridhar Vembu, founded a company AdvenNet in Tambaram, Chennai. Later, in 2009, it combined with the Zoho Corporations and gradually the firm expanded. Sridhar started with an investment of about 1 lakh rupees and a four-member team. So, to fulfil his desire Radha took him to the swimming pool that was 200 feet away from where all were seated. Radha seated beside the pool to look after her son, Aditiya, while Sambamurtys brothers son, Murli, was swimming in the adult area near him. At the time of departure, Radha asked Murli to take care of Aditiya and went downstairs to bring a towel for wiping Aditiya. By the time she came back, she found Aditiya missing from the kids swimming section and rushed towards the pool. Immediately, she heard a voice from the first floor of an adjacent building shouting, Save the child!! He is drowning!!!
