Biography

Prakhar Arora aka PRK is a professional DJ based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. He has been the ambassador for the electronic music and DJ culture in the industry and has collaborated with several underground artists to release his self-composed singles that are reprises of Bollywood songs. DJ PRK got into DJing at the age of 14. His journey in music began when he got exposed to classical, electronic and several other music genres by his elder brother. His keen interest in DJing and electronic music took him to learn from India’s largest DJ and music production academy – Spin Gurus, where he got the title of ‘Student of the Year 2009’. Prakhar's exceptional talent led him to make a profession out of his passion as he became the head of training at Spin Gurus in the year 2010. He has trained many aspiring DJs till date and is solely accountable for their success as well. DJ PRK has experimented with genres like dubstep, trap, deep/tech house, ambient, and progressive house, but his favourites are Bollywood and house music. He believes that a true DJ is the one who, for a moment, can make the whole room fall in love and ooze out music as a culture.
